Langkah-langkah Untuk Rendang Curry


  1. Potong2 daging, pukul pukul jangan terlalu pipih rebus dengan 2 gelas belimbing air.
  2. Larutkan santan dengan 4 gelas air, panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bumbu halus, masukan juga sereh, jahe, lengkuas, dan daun salam.
  3. Masukan daging tambahkan santan, beri kecap manis, gula, garam, test rasa, ungkeb sambil sesekali di aduk agar bumbu meresap sampai mengering / kisat.
